Job description

We are looking for two enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executives to join our team. The candidates will be responsible for telecalling, potential customers, providing product information, explaining the macro market, and convincing them to schedule site visits. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both English and the local language, with the ability to achieve monthly targets for site visits.

Responsibility

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers, providing information on our real estate products.
  • Explain the macro market, property details, and investment benefits to customers.
  • Convince customers to schedule site inspections and follow up until the visit is confirmed.
  • Meet and exceed monthly site visit targets as set by the company.
  • Maintain a database of customers and track communication, follow-ups, and updates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Qualifications

  • 10+2 or a Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Good communication skills in both English and the local language.
  • Basic understanding of real estate and market trends
