Job description

We are looking for four motivated Sales Executives to join our sales team. The candidates will be responsible for generating leads through offline methods, such as conducting events, accompanying customers on site visits, and converting these visits into successful sales. Good communication skills in both the local language and English are essential.

Responsibility

  • Generate leads through offline channels by conducting events, and networking.
  • Accompany potential customers to site visits and provide detailed explanations about the project, including property features, market advantages, and investment potential.
  • Convert site visits into successful sales by providing relevant information and closing deals.
  • Meet monthly sales targets as outlined by the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience and build lasting relationships.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s real estate projects, including pricing, features, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • 10th/10+2/PUC/Graduate from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales in any industry (real estate preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good communication skills in both the local language and English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
