Mr. R. Sundararaman brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry, with expertise in project management, cost control, contract administration, and financial planning. He has led landmark residential and commercial developments with reputed organisations such as TVS Emerald, Godrej Properties, Larsen & Toubro, Shapoorji Pallonji and Masters PMC.

Known for his ability to ensure timely project delivery, value engineering, and resource optimisation, he has played a key role in executing large-scale projects, including TVS Jardin, Cascadia, Thannisandra, Godrej United, and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Bangalore.

A Civil and Structural Engineering graduate from Annamalai University with a Post Graduate Certification in Construction Management from NICMAR, Mr. Sundararaman plays a key role in ensuring Land & LifeSpace’s projects are delivered with quality, efficiency, and sustainability at the core.
