Over his career, he has delivered 1.5 million sq. ft. of residential projects, significantly boosting organizational growth by 1.5x in Gross Development Value (GDV).
Driven by a vision to create high-end homes at affordable prices, Santhosh founded Land & Lifespace Pvt. Ltd., firmly rooted in transparency, quality, and customer-centric design. Remarkably, within the first quarter of his entrepreneurial journey, he closed major residential projects worth ₹460 crores in GDV.
With expertise across the full development lifecycle—P&L management, land acquisition, project development, and sales—Santhosh blends sharp business acumen with a deep passion for real estate—his goal: to develop premium lifestyle spaces that elevate end-user living while delivering strong investor returns.
