Santhosh K R Nair is a seasoned real estate professional with over 17 years of leadership experience in the industry, having held senior roles at renowned developers such as Puravankara Ltd., Confident Group, and TVS Emerald. Over the course of his career, he has successfully delivered projects of more than 1.5 million sq. ft., significantly contributing to the growth of the organizations he served by increasing their Gross Development Value by 1.5x.
Driven by his vision to create high-end homes at affordable prices, Santhosh founded Land & Lifespace Pvt. Ltd. with a focus on transparency, quality, and customer-centric design. Within the very first quarter of his entrepreneurial journey, he successfully closed major residential projects worth ₹460 crores in gross development value.
With expertise in P&L management, land acquisition, project development, and sales, Santhosh combines sharp business acumen with a deep passion for real estate. His goal is to deliver premium lifestyle spaces that not only enhance end-user living but also generate strong returns for investors.
