Mr. Suresh Padmanabhan is the Co-Founder of ROI Projects India Pvt. Ltd. and the Founder of Propbrowser Retail Advisory India Pvt. Ltd. An Electronics Engineering graduate with an MBA, he has successfully led ventures across real estate, IT, education, and HR.

Through Propbrowser, he has played a pivotal role in shaping India’s retail leasing landscape, having leased over 800 commercial buildings and 18 shopping malls with multiplexes on an exclusive mandate across the country.

As Co-Founder of ROI Projects, he is actively involved in notable developments, including Signature One — a 12.7-acre villa project at Devanahalli, spanning a 1.8 lakh sq. ft. shopping mall at BH Road, Shimoga (launching January 2026), and an 11 million sq. ft. premium apartment project at Sadahalli, Bangalore, in collaboration with a reputed Mumbai-based developer.

With his sharp strategic vision and execution expertise, Mr. Padmanabhan remains a driving force in creating transformative real estate assets across India.
